Thank you for your interest, @HeartSaVioR and @jerrypeng .
1. Apache Spark main code is using Apache Kafka client library only. You
don't need to link this PR to Kafka 3.1 server installation.
2. Do you guys think new Apache Kafka Client 3.1 is unstabler than Apache
Kafka Client 2.8 already?
3. This PR aims to promote Apache Kafka Client 3.1 testing in Apache Spark
3.3 timeframe (next two months).

March 15th 2022 | Code freeze. Release branch cut.
Late March 2022 | QA period. Focus on bug fixes, tests, stability and docs.
Generally, no new features merged.
April 2022 | Release candidates (RC), voting, etc. until final release passes
As you asked, we are testing now. So, could you participate the testing
together for the community instead of asking delaying or reverting without any
evidence?
