   Hi, Apache Kafka community, @ijuma @dajac , @hachikuji , @cmccabe , @mjsax

@HeartSaVioR (One of Apache Spark committer) and @jerrypeng seems to have a
serious concern about the Apache Kafka community-blessed 3.1.0 distributions'
stability. Here they are currently suggesting to skip Apache Kafka 3.1.0 again.
As you see in this PR's history, Apache Spark community already skipped Apache
Kafka 3.0.0 via @HeartSaVioR 's request.

Please note that the question is only about Kafka Client here.
   1. How unstable is Apache Kafka 3.1.0 Client?
   2. Is it worst than 3.0.1 Client?
   3. When is 3.0.1 ETA because @HeartSaVioR wrote like `ask for Kafka
community to release 3.0.1.`?
   4. Or, do we need to skip all Apache Kafka 3 client and stick to use 2.8.x
in the whole year 2022 (Apache Spark 3.3.0)?
