@dongjoon-hyun I can also check `claimName` must contain `ENV_EXECUTOR_ID` to meet [SPARK-32713](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-32713). This PR is to improve the user experience. When the pvc cannot be created, spark will continue to try to create the executor pod. For users who are not familiar with this configuration, they will spend time and energy on code troubleshooting.
