BTW, it seems that we don't need to hand over the whole `SparkConf` here.
What we need is only
`sc.conf.get(KUBERNETES_EXECUTOR_SNAPSHOTS_SUBSCRIBERS_GRACE_PERIOD)`, isnt' it?
