I'm working on implementing centralized PySpark error messages from https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/39137, and it will includes whole errors generated by PySpark packages including Spark Connect. Seems like the improvement errors from Spark Connect side here is not conflicts with my current work. So, I think we can merge them separately, and I'll integrate the Spark Connect errors into the centralized error framework when the both PR is get merged.
