@holdenk I was about to give the looks-good, but I just noticed that there
are still classes implementing HasSeed which use old defaults (in
classification.py and recommendation.py). Could you please update those too?
Note: The old defaults they use match the old ones in Scala, but Scala has been
changed now too. After that, this should be ready. Thanks a lot!
