   where do we introduce GROUP BY? There are two code paths here:
   ```
         if (SQLConf.get.decorrelateInnerQueryEnabled) {
           DecorrelateInnerQuery(sub, outer, handleCountBug)
         } else {
           pullOutCorrelatedPredicates(sub, outer)
         }
   ```
