Review Comment:
   I mean we can add something like this, and by default we can tune this 
config off.
   
   ```scala
   val parsed = if (parseHintParameterAsExpression) {
     origin match {
       case e: Expression => e
       case _ => parseExpression ...
     }
   } else {
     origin
   }
   UnresolvedHint(name, parsed, child)
   ```
