Hi @HyukjinKwon and reviewers, As indicated in the description, there is very little new code in this PR. Most of it is picked up from spark-xml package. The first commit is the vanilla copy of spark-xml with license and scala style fixes. Reviewers should focus only on the new code in other commits, which doesn't change any functionality.
