I created is mainly to document for the requirements and suggested
design, not mean to merge in. I have had discussions (face to face) with
Andrew Or; also discussions on JIRA [SPARK-3913], dev list thread ( Change for
submitting to yarn in 1.3.1). The PR just to want to help with such
discussions. as it is unlikely to get merged in.
