### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add both `outputOrdering` and `requiredOrdering` to the new local sort node in `V1Writes` rule. ### Why are the changes needed? `V1Writes` pull out the local sort node from `FileFormatWriter`, but the original sort node would be eliminated in `EliminateSort` rule, which cause the use's sort missing. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
