### What changes were proposed in this pull request? SparkSession.Builder sets the configs in batch ### Why are the changes needed? I notice that there are practice workflows with 500+ configs, existing implementation always set the configs one by one, and thus cause 500+ Config RPCs. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
