Review Comment:
Luckily, the test is picked by all integration tests. And I managed to fix
couple of the issues in other connectors that overrides compileValue.
* Oracle uses the same binary literal the overloaded compileValue did not
handle binary type
* Microsoft SQL Server requires a different literal which is fixed
* PostgreSQL requires bytea literal which is fixed.
