Review Comment:
   Could you please explain how would that work, and how state eviction would 
happen?
   
   Please see the contract of the API. The operator must be able to deduplicate 
the events which have 12:00 and 13:59 as long as the watermark delay is set to 
2 hours, regardless of any order of these inputs. I totally agree that this is 
confusing and I think we should have just added TTL here instead, but it is as 
it is from the contract.
