bq. You can't protect different Spark apps from each other since they're
all running as the same user in standalone mode.
I agree. Eventually, it will have to change to have better multi-tenancy
support. Short of bigger changes like launching user processes in their own
accounts (what Hadoop does), this patch allows us to reap some interim
benefits, i.e., support for per-app secret.
