+/**
+ * Rewrites correlated [[ResolvedInlineTable]] into [[Project]] +
[[OneRowRelation]] + [[Union]]
+ * to enable decorrelation by the existing subquery decorrelation framework.
+ *
+ * A correlated inline table contains [[OuterReference]] expressions that
refer to columns from
+ * an outer query. These cannot be evaluated at planning time and must be
decorrelated.
+ *
+ * The transformation converts each row into a [[Project]] over
[[OneRowRelation]], then unions
+ * them together. This structure allows [[PullupCorrelatedPredicates]] to
handle the correlation.

Review Comment:
From a functionality perspective, both approaches would work:

   1. Rewriting ResolvedInlineTable into Union+Project (current approach)
   2.Adding direct support in PullupCorrelatedPredicates

However, I think keeping this as a separate rule is preferable for
maintainability. PullupCorrelatedPredicates already handles many different
operators with specialized logic for each. Adding yet another special case for
ResolvedInlineTable would increase its complexity further.
