@sarutak If there is a performance difference, it would be in favor of
`2^28`. So I think we can proceed with the follow-up PR. SInce I took care of
this one, I'll let it to @xiaoxuandev that expressed the intent of doing so.
But of course I can do it if @xiaoxuandev prefers.
