Review Comment:
   That's intentional - a `None` column selection is semantically different 
from an `Some(IncludeColumns(Seq()))`, and the latter means don't select any 
columns.
   
   Of course its not super meaningful to select no columns, and will likely be 
validated against when tables get materialized.
