parquetTimestampNanosOverflowError formats the value via
DateTimeUtils.timestampNanosToInstant, which yields a UTC Instant and thus a
trailing Z (9999-12-31T23:59:59.999999999Z). For a TimestampNTZNanosType value
(no zone), the Z is slightly misleading.
