Thank you, @peter-toth. I addressed the comments. 1. You're right that `spark-operator-api` has never been published. I kept the overload, marked it `forRemoval = true`, and updated the `@deprecated` text as you suggested. 2. Added the second loop, which covers the restart-limit-exceeded branch. 3.
