@dongjoon-hyun thank you for round 10. All 15 are done in one commit, and the description is updated. - Item 1: a later set is sized for the survivors it can expect, at the rate seen since the row group's first survivor, and only when the cap also holds a range for each of its rows. Your scattered fixture now splices at every cap from the smallest that splices. - Item 2: the depth is one level shallower only for a `NonFatal` decoding error, and the policy test raises your `LinkageError` chain. - The rest are tests, docs and cleanup.
