please open a dedicated Jira and PR to make this upgrade, and given it's a
test scope dependency and the existing [buggy
shading](https://github.com/snowflakedb/snowflake-jdbc/pull/2706) affects this
feature in this PR, I think we should give it an exception to merge the upgrade
to both master and branch-4.x, @HyukjinKwon, what do you think about that?
