Hmm, I don't think we should create a full new file to increase 4 lines of coverage for `traceback_utils`. The file itself is 80 lines and the test file is much larger than that. It introduces a lot of mock which makes the test itself a bit artificial. If you want to improve coverage, please be more targeted. Focus on the lines that you want to cover and figure out a way with public APIs to trigger it.
