Thanks @venkata91, I checked all four at 710d9bb5e2.
`tryRemoveSessionHolder` now tombstones and removes the exact holder in one
`computeIfPresent` step, so only the removing caller runs
`shutdownSessionHolder`. The new blocking-close test holds the owning `close()`
open and checks the tombstone during and after it. The conf uses `4.4.0`, and
`allowReconnectAfterClose` and `getSessionHolderInfo` each have their own doc
comment.
