Thanks, @peter-toth. I rechecked 0eb44e78ba1, and each item you listed is
in: the "Without one" polarity fix, the `initialize` javadoc, the
interpreted-predicate case in `preparedPredicate`, the `hugeVectorReserveRatio`
caveat, the clause order in `storageFiltersFor`, the conf-doc sentence on files
without a page index and `parquet.filter.columnindex.enabled=false`, and the
restored notes on `pageIndexDisabled`, `newColumnReader`, the splicing catch,
the `Option` return of `buildReaderWithStorageFilters`, and the groups of
`output` behind `preparedStorageFilters`.
