Thanks, verified on the current head. Nested updates now replace the
resolved parent by ordinal, and the new test checks results and schemas for
both case-sensitivity transitions on a DataFrame and a temp view. The
three-part withField/dropFields test on a nondeterministic input runs on the
interpreted, codegen-only and whole-stage paths with the method-split threshold
at 1. optimizeFieldOps now collects each parent's nested operations and
optimizes them once, and the 2,000-update test bounds the merge to linear
visits.
