### What changes were proposed in this pull request? A follow-up to #57576 (SPARK-58378): change the version of `spark.sql.optimizer.combineApproximatePercentiles.enabled` from `5.0.0` to `4.4.0`. ### Why are the changes needed? SPARK-58378 was merged to both `master` and `branch-4.x`, so the config first ships in Spark 4.4.0 (the next release cut from `branch-4.x`), not 5.0.0. Both branches currently say `5.0.0`, so this should be merged to `master` and `branch-4.x`. The config does not exist on `branch-4.3`. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No functional change. The "since version" reported for the config (e.g. in the generated configuration docs and `SET -v`) changes from 5.0.0 to 4.4.0. ### How was this patch tested?
