dongjoon-hyun opened a new pull request, #594:
URL: https://github.com/apache/spark-connect-swift/pull/594

   ### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This PR aims to upgrade the Swift Docker image to 6.4.1.

   - `docker run swift:6.4.1` in the CI build and integration test jobs
(`build_and_test.yml`)
   - `FROM swift:6.4.1` and the `swift-6.4.1-RELEASE` static Linux SDK URL in
the four example Dockerfiles (`app`, `pi`, `spark-sql`, `stream`)

The minimum requirement (`swift-tools-version: 6.4.0`) is kept as-is because
the `xcode-27` macOS runners ship Swift 6.4.0.

   ### Why are the changes needed?

To use the latest Swift 6.4.1 release for building and testing.
(2026-10-15)

Swift 6.4.1 includes optimizer miscompile fixes and Linux fixes that are
relevant to the release builds of this project:
   - LoopInvariantCodeMotion: don't hoist and sink `store [assign]`
(swiftlang/swift#92506)
   - AliasAnalysis: consider global effects of a callee if an address is stored
as a pointer to an indirect argument (swiftlang/swift#92631)
   - AllocBoxToStack: fix missing `dealloc_stack` for promoted weak capture
boxes (swiftlang/swift#92707)
   - Backtracing: fix DWARF parsing issues which crash the backtracer on Linux
(swiftlang/swift#92184)

   Full commit range:
[swift-6.4.0-RELEASE...swift-6.4.1-RELEASE](https://github.com/swiftlang/swift/compare/swift-6.4.0-RELEASE...swift-6.4.1-RELEASE).

   ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
