The current source confirms this interaction: both generators defer
plain-column IsNotNull checks while NULL now falls through. Preserving each
guard's original condition position when a NULL flag is active would address
the reported new codegen-only failure; a guard written after the overflowing
conjunct must stay after it. Both the shared aggregate helper path and
FilterExec CSE branch need the same treatment.
