The default leaf-expression copy hook returns the same instance even though `Uuid` is stateful. ### Why are the changes needed? Fresh evaluator copies produce their own seeded UUID sequences rather than interfering with one another. Ordinary evaluation of a single expression is unchanged. ### How was this patch tested? Regression tests cover seeds 0, 42, and `Long.MinValue`, distinct expression instances, interleaved evaluation, and partition reinitialization. Full Catalyst suite passed: 10 tests, zero failures.
