Review Comment:
Thank you both. Fixed in 0072b09 as @dongjoon-hyun suggests: `forStartup`
now replaces every subtree without a streaming relation, such as a static side
of a join, with a `BatchRelation` of its output, so nothing of it folds into
the plan when the query starts, whatever is cached then or later, and a
micro-batch can only fold more and read fewer columns. The relations of batch
scans in subqueries still become placeholders as before. A new test joins the
source with `range(1, 4).withColumn("on", lit(false))`, checks that the scan
reads `id`, `data` and `extra` for `when($"on", $"data").otherwise($"extra")`,
and then runs the query with the static side cached after the plan was built.

Review Comment:
Agreed. In 0072b09 the doc of the method, now `requiredColumnsOfSources`, is
down to what it returns, and the bullets about what is replaced moved to
`forStartup`, shortened, where they are implemented.

Done in 0072b09: both executions build the
`StreamingDataSourceV2ScanRelation` directly, and `toRelation` is gone. (It
came from an earlier review on this PR, when the scan had two more fields to
pass; it passes only `scanOutput` now.)

Otherwise, the scan

Review Comment:
Agreed, done in 0072b09: when the read schema of the scan of all the columns
of a table with `STREAMING_COLUMN_PRUNING` does not follow the relation, or
cannot be read, the query fails when it starts with the new
`STREAMING_SCAN_INVALID_READ_SCHEMA`, which names the table and gives the
reason of `readOutput`. A pruned scan whose read schema does not follow
`SupportsPushDownRequiredColumns` still falls back to a scan of all the
columns. A new test checks the error with a table whose read schema has a
column that the relation does not have.
