Left a number of small comments. I still want to spend a bit more time to
carefully think through how equality and hashing of UnsafeRows work to see
whether there are any corner-cases that we should add tests for. My review is
getting pre-empted by some other stuff, though, so I'll loop back later to add
more comments.
