[SPARK-8692][SQL] fix date and timestamp handling
I'm sorry to increase review difficult by re-ordering a lot of case
statements, just cannot stop doing it...
Now order is "boolean, byte, short, int, long, float, double, string,
binary, decimal".
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/cloud-fan/spark fix-date
