Thanks @tnachen @dragos - I did add some debug statements to make things
explicit. Here is the output with
`spark.mesos.constraints=zone:us-east-1a`:

I can clearly see resources getting accepted. Could you explain how the
above constraint (scalar) not same as the example you posted.
