Regarding genjavadoc, see [my comment
earlier](https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/6903#issuecomment-115232045).
According to @pwendell, @mengxr could know more about it, but he didn't chime
in so far. I'm happy to do the work necessary to publish, but I can't locate
the sources of that fork.
I built with maven, eventually. I got the same results with Sbt, by
modifying `SparkBuild` and replacing the dependency to genjavadoc from
cross-compiled to hard-coded `gentjavadoc_2.11.6`, just for testing.
