    PySpark does not rely on column names, it always call the java api which 
accept Column. For Java user, they can use `functions.col` to turn name into 
Column.
    
    There are some API ( for example, `lead`), even don't accept `Column` as 
the second or third parameter. They are already inconsistent with each other.
