Ack @vanzin updating, start time also descending order - users want to see
which started last first??
Anycase, the concerned issue of jira hits just the case 4 in this case
4.a1 incomplete, a2 complete: By changing the ! condition, showing a2 on
top now
So rest of case 1 and 2, will sort as you prefer. thanks.
