This does not change the behavior though. Before, the thread would not-stop
if there was no exception. This doesn't seem to be what your JIRA is about
though; you are talking about the exception case. But here, all exception paths
lead to the `Runnable` completing. Can you make this clearer or close this PR /
JIRA?
