[SPARK-9054] [SQL] Rename RowOrdering to InterpretedOrdering; use
newOrdering everywhere
This patch renames RowOrdering to InterpretedOrdering and updates a few
operators to use SparkPlan.newOrdering instead of manually constructing a
RowOrdering.
