I suppose I slightly prefer the current one, I think its a bit more clear
what is being tracked (with so many different ids floating around, its easy to
lose track of what the `id` of a taskset is). But no strong preference. OTOH
getting to the task set manager from a task id is now a lookup in 3 maps
instead of 2, dunno if that will effect performance (or if it matters here).
really I don't have any preferences ...
