Can you change this to s" ${task.stageAttemptId}, and there is a more
recent attempt for that stage (attempt ID ${failedStage.latestInfo.attemptId})
running"? It's a little misleading as-is, because we actually do still do
something with the fetch failure if the stage has already been marked as
failed, as long as there's not already a newer version of the stage running.
