I have checked it on windows on yarn and seems to be working. But I agree,
that this might not be complete fix. Do we want to check the platform/OS and
apply quoting similar to CommandBuilderUtils ?I would like to get the issue
fixed and I am willing to work on this. I would love to know if you (or others)
have ideas for better fix ?
