[SPARK-9652][CORE] Added method for Avro file input
This wraps around the configuration code needed to read Generic, Specific,
and Reflect Avro records. This allows a easy way to read Avro records without
requiring the user to configure it themselves.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/JDrit/spark avro_file
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/7971.patch
