[SPARK-7542][SQL][WIP] Support off-heap buffer in UnsafeInMemorySorter

This patch tries to add off-heap sort buffer in `UnsafeInMemorySorter`.
Because `UnsafeExternalSorter` is backed by `UnsafeInMemorySorter`. It will add
the support in `UnsafeExternalSorter` as well.
This patch is not ready.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
