Thanks Sean for your advice. As you suggested, I tried to translate
hostnames to IP addresses in org.apache.spark.scheduler.TaskSetManager, and it
turned out satisfying ('ANY' is eliminated and we saw 'NODE_LOCAL' again) after
an initial testing. I'll do more verifications to make sure my patch works
totally fine and won't introduce new bugs. I'll put the patch forward for your
review after the verifications.
