[SPARK-10686] [ML] Add quantilesCol to AFTSurvivalRegression
By default ```quantilesCol``` should be empty. If
```quantileProbabilities``` is set, we should append quantiles as a new column
(of type Vector).
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
