okay, our customers had that sort for dataframes too but it seems that R
doesn't have it for dataframe.
Now let's decide what do we want to do.
we can have that decreasing argument optional for string columns in orderBy
or arrange. R doesn't have it but I can still see that it is logical to have.
Or we just remove string arguments.
