Thanks @olarayej for summarizing the points. I am actually fine with having
two verbs `arrange` and `sort` for the same functionality. But thing that I'd
like to avoid is having subtly different syntaxes / capabilities in each of
them. So in this case do you think there is a version of `arrange` we can have
that will support string column names and a boolean list as well ?
