[WIP] Remove unused initialInputBufferOffset argument from TungstenAggregate
(Will open a JIRA if / when we determine that this minor refactoring is
valid).
This patch removes an unused `initialInputBufferOffset` field from
`TungstenAggregate` and `TungstenAggregationIterator`.
/cc @yhuai, does the fact that this field was unused indicate some sort of
bug? It seems that we can't remove it from the sort-based aggregate.
