Ok I got the error log from log4j and saved it to

From the logs I see
@brkyvz @sun-rui From the logs I see `ERROR: dependency 'SparkR' is not
available for package 'sparkPackageTest'` -- Looks like basic error is that the
SparkR package is not available to be listed as a dependency
I'm not sure of a fix, so I'll send a PR to disable the test and we can
investigate this further
